In The Beginning ...

Once upon a time, the creator of all the universe joined together two fiery ones who desperately needed each other. Ruthie was a young women who couldn't overcome the burning desire to have children, but her womb was closed. As time trickled on she was given two daughters through adoption, one was named, Cher! Ruthie taught Cher about Jesus, and Cher introduced Ruthie to the relational, supernatural ways of God. Together they were a burning torch hell could not quench.
Later On.Neither Ruthie or Cher ever imagined going into the ministry field, but the Lord had different plans for their lives. Along the way he equipped them with every tool needed to fulfill their calling. Ministry is not a business, but a lifestyle of servanthood. Many years ago, they helped one lady get set free and the rest is HIStory!
Moving Forward.The I Will Not Keep Silent Ministries (IWNKS) is a apostolic nonprofit organization that trains and equips leaders in ministry and the marketplace! The fruit of IWNKS ministries is others succeeding in their destiny (2 Corn 3:1-3). In addition, they offer a variety of services such as prophetic ministry, inner healing, deliverance, dream interpretation, mentoring, advising, preaching, discipleship teams, classes and revivals coupled with the POWER of the Holy Spirit. It’s amazing how God infuses his glory into vessels of dust. If we go low in the secret place, and step out of ourselves, we can enter through the door (Jesus). When we go in (ascend) and out (descend) we will find pasture. It’s in that place we can see what the Father is doing and pull things from heaven into the earth. We say, father let your kingdom come and your will be done on earth as it is in heaven!
Now.Since the foundation of the IWNKS Ministries the Lord has brought alongside many co-laborers who share the same vision. Together they are a force to be reckoned with and the gates of hell will not prevail against them. Each of our team leaders and partners bring something distinctive to the table forming a five-fold ministry of apostles, prophets, evangelist, pastors, and teachers. Cher Butler
Cher Butler is a daughter of God, wife, and mother. In addition, she is the President of IWNKS Ministries, Founder of the Bound No More Deliverance Ministry, Co-Founder and Partner of the 333 Apostolic Center in Amarillo, Tx, and Co-Host of the Are You Real Podcast, with Jon and Kasey Fuller. She's also been a frequent guest on God's Learning Channel (GLC TV). She’s been appointed for such a time as this and she runs with the torch of Christ in hand. She's been equipped by the POWER of Holy Spirit to serve the body of Christ. She’s an apostolic ministry leader that trains and equips leaders in ministry and the marketplace. Furthermore, she’s an entrepreneur, author, mentor, speaker, revivalist, teacher, prophetic seer, deliverance minister, and an aspiring innovator. She’s a lover of Jesus Christ, and a glory carrier on a mission to spread the gospel.
Ruthie Dickey
Ruthie is the Co-Founder and Vice President of I Will Not Keep Silent Ministries, Co-Founder of Bound No More Deliverance Ministries, and Co-Founder of the 333 Apostolic Center. She was called by the father as a young adult but the enemy came in like a flood and tried to take her out. She was miraculously healed on her death bed through deliverance. She is a walking sign and wonder. She operates in the gifts of prophecy, words of knowledge and wisdom, healing, and a strong gift of distinguishing of spirits. She is a mentor, teacher, speaker, revivalist, and inner healing and deliverance minister. She’s a retired social worker with 25+ years of experience. She has a heart for the broken and is able to pull out the gold that God planted in others.
Ryan Butler
Ryan Butler is the husband and covering of Cher Butler. He is courageous and full of integrity, carrying the authority of God when he speaks. Ryan has beat all odds coming out of the darkness into the glorious light. For the past 9 years Ryan has been working as a Plant Operator for a gas company in West Texas. In every sphere of life Ryan always rises to the top in job performance, this is because he is mantled with excellence. Ryan has always been in the background of IWNKS offering a covering, spiritual advice, and leading on the prayer, prophetic, and deliverance teams. Expect to see more of Ryan in the frontlines in the coming days.

His feet hit the ground every morning while taking on new territory. He is the founder of the 333 Apostolic Center and trains leaders in the area of faith, family, finance, and business. He's also the founder and host of podcast, Are You Real “Finding the authentic you." This is a podcast where he has real, raw, and authentic conversations with Christians that are changing their families, communities, cities, and nations. He is known as “the voice of manifestation,” because he’s able to call out the gifts and talents in other people, and equip them to walk in their destiny. Kasey Fuller is a powerhouse and visionary prophet in the kingdom of God. She is able to see what the Lord is saying and breathe life into his blueprints! She is the Overseer at the IWNKS Ministries, Co-Founder (along with her husband, Jon) of the 333 Apostolic Center, Co-Founder of the Are You Real Podcast, and one of the main leaders on the Bound No More Deliverance Team. She takes what’s intangible and makes it tangible. She is also an apostolic leader, worship director, a mentor, life coach, marriage counselor, revivalist, and teacher. She has a passion for health and fitness, and is a professional personal trainer. She is a national award-winning athlete, entrepreneur, interior designer, and an aspiring author! She is also a leader among Gen Z, leading them into the light, while being a prophetic mouthpiece of truth. She’s anointed to sing and her worship ushers all who hear into encounters with God. She’s the definition of purity and a daughter of honor. She’s the worship leader for the IWNKS ministries, and on the prophetic, prayer, and deliverance teams.

It's fair to say, he is a "wild one" who has walked through the trenches of life, and is now on a mission to pull people out of the kingdom of darkness. He has a passion for evangelizing men who have come out of rough backgrounds and prison. He aspires to help them get set free and walk in their God-given destiny. He has over 10+ years of combined experience in ministry as a preacher, evangelist, and event outreach director. He’s the IWNKS ministries team leader for evangelism in Dumas, TX. In addition, he and his wife (Rosealee) are the co-founders (alongside Ruthie Dickey) of the Dumas, TX home church, Forged in Fire!
Rosealee Ceniceros
Rosealee is no stranger to the struggles in life, but what sets her a part is the fact she is resilient, and always makes her way to the top of the mountain. She is a woman of joy because she walks in the greater gift of faith, and when she prays earth shifts. In fact, she wears a mantle of prayer and has a passion to lead others in this way! She is dedicated to helping women overcome life obstacles and see the vision the Lord has set before them. She has 10+ years of combined experience in ministry as a children's church director, praise and worship team member, secretary, and an event outreach director. She’s currently one of the administrators for the IWNKS ministries. She's also on the IWNKS prophetic, prayer, and deliverance teams.

Kathryn "Katie" McCain
Katie is a lover of Jesus, a wife, and a mother! She is passionate about serving the younger generations, and fostering a space for them to grow and develop into who they were truly created to be. She has served in children's church as well as with youth and young adults. She has served as an assistant administrator for several women's events. In addition, she was recently brought on as one of the administrators for the IWNKS Ministries. She's also on the IWNKS prophetic and deliverance teams. This is just the beginning for Katie, and she plans to make a footprint in this world for Jesus Christ.

Raul Garcia
Raul comes from a family of pastors and is following in those prophetic footsteps, picking up the anointing in his bloodline and running after the assignments of Christ. He carries the heart of the father and is obedient to the core which has produced much fruit in his life and the lives of others. In the face of adversity he always does the right thing, which makes him a great servant of God, and a leader of God’s people. He has been a pastor for over 10 years, working in Mexico and America. In this new season he plans to put on the jacket of Apostle and plant new churches. He offers pastoral oversight to the IWNKS ministries!
Karen Garcia
Karen Reséndiz- Garcia is a teacher of theology and an author. She is originally from Mexico and now resides in Houston, Texas. Karen is the founder of a Women’s Ministry called Isha Ruaj – Woman of the Spirit, reaching women of all ages in Mexico and the United States. She is also the founder of Little Seeds Children´s Ministry, reaching children in over 90 countries. Along with her husband and three children, Karen serves God full-time. Presently, she dedicates a great part of her time to writing and creating resources for her ministries, and participates in monthly strip club ministry outreaches. Previously, she worked as an administrator, publicist, and Spanish translator for the IWNKS ministries. Currently, she serves on the prayer, prophetic, evangelism, and deliverance teams with IWNKS.

Jeffrey Liu, a devoted husband and father, serves as a teacher and Seer Prophet located outside Toronto, Canada. His calling revolves around igniting the hearts of people to experience God’s glory and love on a deeper and more powerful level. Jeffrey's journey is nothing short of extraordinary, involving his freedom from demons and the operation of a deliverance and inner healing ministry. His ministry is distinguished by the Apostolic anointing, particularly within the prophetic sphere of spiritual warfare. His gifting has enabled him to encounter profound insights into angels, heavenly realms, and regions of darkness. Through his teachings and training, Jeffrey empowers others to explore the heavenly realms with God, guided by the power of the Holy Spirit. His current assignment is to lead others into a profound journey, guiding them toward deeper intimacy and face-to-face encounters with God. He also serves on the deliverance team with IWNKS!
Kyle & Melissa Hooper
Kyle and Melissa Hooper have a heart to see the world set on fire through the Love of Jesus. Kyle Hooper is an authentic born and raised good ole' West Texas cowboy. Kyle and Melissa both have a heart of gold and have spent their lives helping those in need. Kyle has 20+ years of combined ministry experience as a church elder, pastor, and evangelist. Melissa Hooper also 20+ years of combined ministry experience as a church elder, children's church director, and overseer of church operations on a large scale.

Matt & Christy Jones
Matt and Christy Jones are a powerhouse ministry couple, and are fellow pioneers in West Texas helping usher in revival. Matt and Christy Jones have 20+ years of combined ministry experience as pastors. They are the senior pastors at Grace and Mercy Fellowship in Odessa, TX. However, they have recently undergone great transition and were commissioned to function apostolically. This couple dynamic is the start of something great in this new era of the Ekklesia arising. They serve at the IWNKS events and offer support in many areas.
Juanita Jones
Juanita Jones is a mother of two daughters and currently resides in College Station, TX. She has worked in ministry for 25+ years as a prophetic seer, healing and freedom minister, dance and flag instructor, and a lead intercessor. She carries the fresh oil of the Holy Spirit wherever she goes. She has been commissioned by the Lord to fulfill what was spoken about about in Isaiah 61:1-3, which reads: “The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me, because the Lord has anointed me to bring good news to the poor; he has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to those who are bound; to proclaim the year of the Lord’s favor, and the day of vengeance of our God; to comfort all who mourn; to grant to those who mourn in Zion— to give them a beautiful headdress instead of ashes, the oil of gladness instead of mourning, the garment of praise instead of a faint spirit; that they may be called oaks of righteousness, the planting of the Lord, that he may be glorified.”
Cristi Gooding
At a very young age Cristi was wounded by rejection and bound by addition for more than 20 years. In 2004 she was radically set free by Jesus Christ before she even knew HIS Name! Cristi is now Co-founder and Associate Pastor of Yes Lord Church. She is also the Founder of The “YES” House. This up and coming home will be a transition home for women who have no place to go after coming out of addiction and will provide the second step for any woman transitioning from rehab to the reality of everything they were created to be. It will provide a needed moment in time to get firmly rooted and completely set free in Jesus Christ. The phrase; “ it wasn’t done to you, it was done for you” is the truth that burns in her heart and ignites her passion to see every chain broken in Jesus Name.
